The rules in this section describe the standard withdrawal process for Fundamental and Premium CASH accounts. Express to Live (E2L) accounts use a separate automatic bonus system described in the Express to Live Account Rules section — the standard payout rules do not apply to E2L.
Premium Progressive Profit Split
Premium CASH accounts use a progressive profit split that climbs as the trader stacks payouts. The split applies to the payout cap for the account size.
From the 5th payout onwards on a Premium CASH account, the trader keeps the full payout cap.

Trading Day Requirement
A trading day is counted only if it shows a positive PnL of at least:
The system only considers a trading day as complete after market close and at the start of the 11th day.
Transition to LIVE Account (Fundamental & Premium)
For Fundamental and Premium accounts, the live transition is strictly discretionary. A trader becomes eligible for consideration upon reaching 5 successful payouts or $100,000 in cumulative profits across all accounts. Meeting these thresholds does not guarantee transition — the final decision rests with the Phidias risk management team, based on a holistic review of the trader's track record, consistency, risk profile, and overall conduct.
The live transition is not mandatory. Traders who meet the thresholds may choose to remain on their simulated CASH account indefinitely and keep their full profit split (up to 100% on Premium). There is no financial penalty for staying simulated. The live transition is initiated by Phidias, not requested by the trader.
Previous thresholds (3 payouts / $75,000) are deprecated and no longer in effect.
Important — Express to Live (E2L) accounts: E2L payouts and bonuses are not counted toward the 5 payout threshold or the $100,000 cumulative profit threshold for the LIVE transition. E2L uses a separate automatic "Switch to Live" mechanism that is independent from the Fundamental and Premium live transition process. E2L payouts do not influence the discretionary review in any way.
LIVE Account Credit (Fundamental & Premium)
LIVE credits are calculated based on active balances remaining at the time of transition, provided they are greater than the initial balance +$100.
Express to Live — Separate Bonus System
Express to Live accounts are not subject to the withdrawal rules above. E2L operates via an automatic bonus system triggered by the "Switch to Live" button. When the trader reaches the profit target and clicks "Switch to Live", a predefined fixed bonus is automatically credited to the Phidias Wallet (subject to the 80/20 profit split), and the account is converted to a LIVE account. LIVE Account Rules
A trader can only have one LIVE account. Once switched:
- Via Fundamental or Premium: No longer eligible for new Fundamental or Premium challenges. Can only participate in 10K Drawdown and Express to Live.
- Via Express to Live: No longer eligible for new E2L challenges (5 accounts max, all sizes combined). Can participate in 10K Drawdown, Fundamental, and Premium.
- Via 10K Drawdown: No longer eligible for 10K Drawdown. Can participate in Express to Live, Fundamental, and Premium.
If a trader with a LIVE account completes another challenge, the amounts will be credited directly to their active LIVE account (no second LIVE account).
