Step 1: Check the display of the 'Account Balance' column in R Trader Pro
Before exporting your CSV file, make sure that the 'Account Balance' column is visible in your R Trader Pro. If it is not:
1. Right-click on the columns banner.
2. Click on 'Add/Remove Columns'
3. In the window that opens, check 'Account Balance'.
4. Click 'OK' to validate.
Step 2: Export the CSV file
1. Click the rightmost button on the toolbar.
2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Export as CSV'.
3. The file will be downloaded to your computer.
Step 3: Request PAYOUT LIVE
Click on the “Request Payout” button in the “My Accounts” tab of your Phidias Propfirm trader area.
Step 4: Submit the file for the payout request
1. Once the CSV file is downloaded, drag it into the space provided for the payout request.
2. Enter the desired Payout amount.
3.Click on “Send Payout Request”.
Warning: Do not trade until the request is validated
• The account must no longer be traded before the request is validated.
• If you make a transaction before validation and the funds have not been debited from the account, the request will be cancelled and you will have to do it again.
